We’re Izzy and Alexa, and we’ve been marketing partners in crime since meeting in the marketing team of a start-up.

We quickly realised we work pretty brilliantly together. We think differently, bring different strengths and challenge each other’s thinking, which usually means the ideas we land on together are much better than where either of us started.

Between us, we’ve worked both in-house and agency-side, with businesses big and small, from ambitious start-ups to established brands. But it’s working closely with local businesses that we love most. We love getting to know the people behind them, digging into what makes the business tick and becoming a genuine extension of the team.
